Spring 2018 MCUSC Early Bird Registration
Montgomery County United Soccer Club is now accepting registrations for its Spring 2018 season.
The Club is a travel soccer club that fields teams team at the U10, U12, U15, and high school ages (so for players born in the years 2000-2010) and in two different leagues, the West Central Suburban Soccer Federation (a Recreational Plus Soccer League) and Indiana Soccer League (a true travel league that involves tryouts for teams).
Montgomery County United teams practice twice each week at the Boys and Girls Club or at Hoover Elementary fields and play at least one, often two, games each weekend. Formal practices for these teams will begin during the second or third week of March, with games beginning early in April and ending at the end of May. Teams play approximately 10 regular season games and often finish the season with a tournament. Half of the team’s games are in Crawfordsville (at CHS Stadium, Hoover fields, or the Boys and Girls Club), and half are at the other team’s field.
There will also be less formal practices during the winter months, at the discretion of coaches, in the Boys and Girls Club gym.
These travel clubs provide a reasonable level of competition and are a good way for middle and high school players to improve during the Spring Season.
A discounted registration fee will continue until December 1st, after which the cost for registration will increase to $115.
